  • US and Israel agree to a record aid deal. The US will send Israel $38 Billion over the next 10 years. Israel agreed to not persuit another aid deal during this deal, unless Israel is at war. [Link] Foreign Policy Fyle
  • NATO expansion into Ukraine and Georgia are fueling a new cold war with Russia. In the early 1990s, Western Leaders not to expand NATO into ex Soviet States.   • The Syrian ceasefire appears to be holding. There are reports of helicopter firing weapons in Aleppo and rebels attacking Government soldiers in Southern Syria.   • The UN is “deeply disturbed” by a Saudi Arabia attack on a Yemeni water plant. The airstrike hit and destroyed the plant killing children. Then Saudi Arabia attacked the plant again while first responders attempted rescue trapped victims, killing first responders. At least 30 were killed in the attacks on the water plant.   • The Israeli Government is working with Facebook on determining what to censor in Israel. The Israeli Government is working on legislation to support the censorship.   • President Obama has repeatedly attacked payday lenders. He has called the industry predatory and that it takes advantage of the poor. Consumers of payday lenders strongly disagree. Payday lenders often have a 98% positive view from consumers. [Link] US Economy Fyle
